There are lots of internet doohickeys and gizmos floating about these days, but the RSS feed is really valuable. RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication and if you have a home page with MSN, AOL or Yahoo! you are probably already using them. RSS feeds provide the news stories you subscribe to and the cool thing is if you have blog you can create your own feed.
I predict that some form of RSS will likely replace email in the future due to its ability to bypass spam. For that reason alone it's worth checking out. It is likely to be a major form of communication with your customers in the future.
