If you advertise, be prepared to take money. For example if you:

• Use a website- make sure there is an easy to use shopping cart. The less clicks the better. Most shopping carts are abandoned when they ask for unnecessary information or take too long to load.

• Have a store- have your product easy to find with a fast check out. Don't make people wait in long lines to give you money, they may change their mind.

• Are taking phone orders- let people go straight to the part where they give you their credit card. Don't make customers navigate through voice mail or wait on hold while listening to bad music.

In every case, be sure you take credit cards, debit cards, cash and checks. Any way people want to give you money should be OK.
