February 28: Compromise Sucks

Compromise means meeting halfway. The problem is that you usually end up with worse solution than either person could have created on their own. It's better to go for synergy where a third alternative is decided upon that leads to better results.

Compromise is 1+1=1
Synergy is 1+1=3 or more

It takes more effort, and maturity, but synergy is always better than compromise.
