If no is a hard word for you to say to people I guarantee you are over committed. You may feel like you are being nice by saying yes to people, but if you can't follow through because of all the stuff on your plate it's not nice at all.

Better to say no and find time to do it than to say yes and not do it, even when you are talking to customers.
