Some people say you should never work with family. Others say it is a great idea to keep business in the family.
It is not about working with family members being right or wrong, it is about working with the right family member. Just like any other endeavor, if you are hooked up with the wrong person you are going to have problems.
The difference with family is that it is potentially a bigger risk since you could damage your family relations, and possibly a bigger reward since you get to share your blessings with those closest to you.
Family or not, it is about working with the right people.
